Installation

Requirements

• Adobe After Effects 2022 (22.0) or newer
• Windows or macOS

Install the extension

The easiest way to install and license is by using the aescripts + aeplugins manager app. To install a trial, select Add Trial from the Account menu. Alternatively, you can use the ZXP/UXP Installer.

After installing, restart After Effects and open the panel via Window → Extensions → BatchRender.

Updating

Updates appear in the manager app; install them there (or with the ZXP/UXP Installer), then restart After Effects. Your presets and settings stay in place across updates.

Caution

Restart After Effects after installing or updating. Closing and reopening only the panel is not enough: After Effects keeps the previous version loaded until it restarts.

Uninstalling

Uninstall BatchRender with the manager app or the ZXP/UXP Installer. Your presets and logs remain in Documents/BatchRender and can be deleted separately if you want a full cleanup.
