Terms of Service

These terms cover the BatchRender extension for Adobe After Effects and this website, provided by Max Andreas Grünwald, Koppl, Austria (contact: hello.batchrender@gmail.com; full details in the Imprint).

1. Licence. Your right to use BatchRender comes from your purchase or trial through aescripts + aeplugins and is governed by the end-user licence agreement (EULA) shown there. If these terms and the EULA differ, the EULA applies.
2. Connected services. You connect your own Google and Airtable accounts, and their terms apply to that use. You are responsible for the data you process with BatchRender, for having the rights to it, and for the files your data links to.
3. Your files. BatchRender reads and writes the projects, data files, sheets and output folders you point it at. Keep backups of important work.
4. No warranty. BatchRender is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost renders or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
5. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
6. Law. Austrian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country.
