Privacy Policy

BatchRender is an extension for Adobe After Effects made by Max Andreas Grünwald, Mettigweg 3/4, 5023 Koppl, Austria (contact: hello.batchrender@gmail.com), who is responsible for this policy. Full details are in the Imprint.
The short version
Section titled “The short version”BatchRender runs on your computer. There are no BatchRender servers, and none of your data, files or account details are sent to us. Data travels only between your computer and the services you choose to connect.
Google and Airtable
Section titled “Google and Airtable”When you sign in to Google or Airtable, BatchRender asks only for what it needs:

- Sign-ins are stored on your computer in the macOS Keychain or with Windows data protection. They are never written to the log.
- Your data is not sold, shared, used for advertising or used to train AI.
- BatchRender’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can remove access at any time: sign out in the panel, and revoke it in your Google account or your Airtable account settings.
Files, downloads and the log
Section titled “Files, downloads and the log”- Media linked in your data (Airtable attachments, file links) is downloaded directly from where it is hosted into a folder next to your project.
- BatchRender keeps a log file on your computer to help you and support find problems. It contains file names, sheet names and your account email, but no passwords or sign-ins. It only leaves your computer if you send it to us.
Licensing and purchase
Section titled “Licensing and purchase”BatchRender is sold and licensed through aescripts + aeplugins. Purchases, licence activation and the licensing component inside the panel are handled by aescripts under their privacy policy. That component may send anonymous usage statistics (such as app version and language) to aescripts.
This website
Section titled “This website”batchrender.app is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Your rights
Section titled “Your rights”You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, to data portability and to object. Since we hold no data from the extension, most requests concern emails you sent us. Write to hello.batchrender@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
